Their question
TES Vsetin is successfully developing new markets in Canada and the U.S.A. For one of their hydro plant customers in Canada, they had to deliver high voltage sample coils on short notice. The client needed these coils to run some crucial tests, including very strict endurance tests. Without these tests they couldn’t deliver the complete generator.
Our solution
Coil Partners delivered the sample coils within 3 weeks time and provided full support. During the tests TES Vsetin needed additional information and documentation which we could provide swiftly and accurately. The result of the tests was excellent: all 3 coils met and even exceeded the required parameters during the 250 hours voltage endurance test and passed with flying colors.
