Discover our production capacities
Looping
We have 9 looping machines up to a max. length of 5m. 12 wires in parallel, turn-insulation and twist is available.
Pressing
We have 30m of pressing capacity. Our largest pressing machine is 8m long.
Forming
We have 10 spreaders. 3 of them are large machines which work automatically with up to 5m loop length and 2,5 m straight part.
Taping
We have 11 taping lines and 1 full automatic taping machine for bars up to 7m.
Edge bending
Continuous system
without brazing.
Automatic brazing
Up to 3m length, 50 cm width and up to 3 tons of coil weight. 500 tons of pressing capacity and current heating up to 1000 amperes.
